RESOLUTION APPROVING REZONING OF KOETHE PROPERTY FROM R-2

RESOLUTION 01-36
The City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas
County,Iowa;and
The land owner has requested a zoning change for the property;
and
The Planning and Zoning Conunissi on and City Council agree that
the zoning change is within the boundaries of the Waukee
Comprehensive Plan
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Waukee,Iowa does hereby
approve the resolution for rezoning the Koethe Property from R-2 to A-I and C-l.
