SETTING APRIL 23,2001 AS THE DATE FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF BID
AND APPROVAL FOR CONTRACT FOR NEW TANKER FIRE TRUCK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has determined that it will be purchasing a new tanker
fire truck,AND,
WHEREAS,April 20 has been set as the final bid date for the truck,AND,
WHEREAS,time is of the essence in procuring a new truck,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
4th day of April,2001 that it hereby establishes April 23 at 7:00PM as the time for
considering award of the bid and contract for the new tanker fire truck.
