DESIGNATING DENMAN &COMPANY,LLP AS THE CITY AUDITOR FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2001,2002 AND 2003.
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee contract with the Auditor of State for audit services has
expired,AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has requested proposals for provision of audit services,
AND,
WHEREAS,the City received two responses to its request,AND,
WHEREAS,City staff has reviewed the responses and recommends that the audit
contract be awarded to Denman &Company,LLP,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
16th day of April,2001 that City staff is hereby directed to develop an agreement with
Denman &Company for provision of City audit services for Fiscal Years 2001,2002 and
2003.
