APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR JOHN AND EMILY CLARK
PROPERTY
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of May,2001 that it hereby approves the Plat of Survey submitted by John and
Emily Clark for the property at 14475 University Avenue.

IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,John and Emily Clark are the owners of the property at 14475 University
Avenue,AND,
WHEREAS,the Clarks have presented a Plat of Survey for the property showing a
division of the property which is currently 3.4 acres into a 2.4 acre lot and a one acre lot,
AND,
WHEREAS,the Clarks have presented a bond for the future construction of sidewalk on
University Avenue as well as easements for water flowage,sewer and public utility
easements,AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Committee has approved the plat as submitted,
