RESOLUTION 01-72
APPOINTING BRADLEY FREEMAN AS CONSTRUCTION
INSPECTOR/ASSISTANT CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Bradley Freeman began his duties as the City's Construction
Inspector/Assistant Code Compliance Officer on April 30,AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Freeman requires authority to issue citations in the event of ordinance
or Code violations,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7th day of May,2001 that Bradley Freeman is hereby appointed as
Construction Inspector/Assistant Code Compliance Officer and is hereby vested with the
authority to enforce all codes and ordinances applicable in the City of Waukee.
