RESOLUTION 01-74
APPROVING FIRE/RESCUE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF GRIMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Grimes has indicated an interest in establishing a mutual aid
fire/rescue agreement with the City of Waukee,AND,
WHEREAS,it is in the City of Waukee's interest to enter into such an agreement,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of May,2001 that it hereby ratifies the mutual aid fire/rescue agreement presented
to the City of Waukee by the City of Grimes.
