RESOLUTION NO.01·67 I
APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR VILLE D'A VRA Y
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,construction plans for the Ville D'A vray subdivision have been presented
for approval by the City Council,AND,
WHEREAS,the City finds this plat to be a desirable addition to the City's residential
development,AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed plat includes a fountain in the center of the cul-de-sac,AND,
WHEREAS,the City does not intend to assume responsibility for the fountain,AND,
WHEREAS,the City is willing to accept a bond for future construction of the sidewalks
upon widening of 142nd Street,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of May,that it hereby approves the construction plans as presented for the Ville
D'Avray subdivision subject to agreement between the developer and the City on
perpetual care for the fountain.1
