RESOLUTION 01-68
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR WESTWOOD PLAZA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,a site plan for the development of Westwood Plaza,a 33,570 sq.ft.retail
facility located on the northeast corner of Carefree Lane and Hickman Road has been
presented to the City,AND,
WHEREAS,the City finds this to be a highly desirable project,AND,
WHEREAS,the City intends to encourage other projects of this quality,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of May,200lthat it hereby approves the site plan for Westwood Plaza provided
that the developer;
1.Complies with all conditions set by the Planning &Zoning Committee,
2.Installs a connection to the bike path at the location set by the Council,
3.Installs exterior building materials as directed by the Council,and,
4.Complies with all other site plan requirements set by the Council.
