RESOLUTION 01-70
RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN WINDFIELD PARK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,there is a need for a public utility along Windfield Park;and
WHEREAS,the easement will help in the installation of future utilities;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does hereby
approve the public utility easement in Windfield Park on this 7th day of May 2001.
