)RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR HICKORY
TECHNOLOGIES IN WINDFIELD PARK AND SOUTHFORK PARK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Hickory Technologies is in need of an easement for placement of
communication cabinets in Windfield Park and Southfork Park;and
WHEREAS,the city of Waukee desiring to provide it citizens with several choices for
telecommunications;and
