RESOLUTION NO.01-85 I
APPROVING FY 2001 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to file their annual budget amendment no
later than May 31 st of each year,AND,
WHEREAS,the City's proposed amendment was published in the Dallas County News
on May 17th,2001,AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session tins
29th day of May,that it hereby adopts the City of Waukee FY2001 Budget Amendment
as published in the Dallas County News on May 17,2001.
