RESOLUTION 01-90
APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE NO.2 FOR THE ELEVATED STORAGE TANK
PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA
WHEREAS,Diversified Coatings,Ltd.having completed 25.2%of the 500,000 gallon
elevated storage tank modification proj ect AND,
WHEREAS,Diversified Coatings,Ltd.having requested a partial payment in the
amount of $189,620.00 for the work completed AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have reviewed the partial pay estimate and
recommend payment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWankee City Council in
session this 4th day ofJune,2001 that it hereby approves pay estimate No.2 in the
amount of $189,620 to Diversified Coatings,Ltd.for work completed on the Elevated
Storage Tank Project.
