APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE NO.4 FOR THE HICKMAN ROAD PUMP STATION AND
SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS;KRI Co.having completed 99.2%ofthe Hickman Road Pump Station and Sewer
Extension project;AND
WHEREAS;KRI Co.having requested a partial payment in the amount of$33,751.90 for the work that
has been completed;AND
WHEREAS;Veenstra and Kimm have reviewed the partial pay estimate and recommend payment;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
Pay Estimate No.4 in the amount of $33,751.90 to KRI Co.for the work completed on the Hickman
Road Pump Station and Sewer Extension Project on this 18'h day of J e 001.it-
