SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR DOWNING DEVELOPMENT
REZONING
WHEREAS,Downing Development is planning on further development of their
property in the Warrior LanelHickman Road area,AND,
WHEREAS,the planned development requires a rezoning,AND,
WHEREAS,the rezoning request requires a public hearing prior to action by the City
Council,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City council in session thiszihdayofNovember,2000,that it hereby directs said public hearing to be held on
Monday,December 18,2000 at 7:00 p.m.as a part of the City Council meeting scheduled
for that day.
