mCKMAN ROAD PUMP STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS;KRI having requested partial pay estimate #2 in the amount of $229,335.47
for work completed from October 11,to November 12,2000 on the Hickman Road Pump
Station and Sewer Extension;AND
WHEREAS;Veenstra and Kimm have reviewed the partial pay estimate and
recommend payment;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby approve Partial Pay Estimate #2 in the amount of $229,335.47 to KRI Co.for
work completed from October 11,2000 to November 12,2000 on the Hickman Road
Pumping Station and Sewer Extension on this 27th day of November 2000.
