RESOLUTION ASSENTING TO THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF THE JOE LYNG (AUCTION
WAY SALES,INC.)PROPERTY
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa is a duly organized municipal corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,there has been presented to the Waukee City Council an Application for Annexation,as required by
Section 368.7,Code of Iowa,as amended;AND,
WHEREAS,said real estate is adjacent to the existing City Limits of the City of Waukee,Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to aunex said territory upon the Application heretofore presented.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 4th day of
December,2000 that;
I.The Application for Annexation of the property as described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby
approved.
2.The City Clerk of Waukee shall forthwith cause this Resolution,the map exhibit attached hereto and any
other filings as required by Section 368.7,Code ofIowa to be filed with the City Development Board and
the state of Iowa Secretary of State's Office.
