APPROVING THE PROPOSED FY2004 BUDGET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly incorporated City within the County of Dallas
and the State ofIowa AND,
WHEREAS,the State of Iowa has set March 17 as the date cities must submit a certified
budget to their respective county auditors AND,
WHEREAS,a public healing was held March 3,2003 during the regularly scheduled
council meeting to seek and to receive citizen input concerning the proposed FY2004
budget AND,
WHEREAS,the city council,after reviewing the proposed FY2004 budget and after
receiving citizen input on the FY2004 budget,fmds the FY2004 budget fiscally
responsible and responsive to the needs of the city.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of March 2003 that it hereby approves the proposed FY2004 budget.
