THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 2,LOT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the initial Site Plan for Enterprise Business Park Plat 2,Lot 6 was approved
by the City Council of Waukee in 1999;AND,
WHEREAS,only a portion of the buildings in the Site Plan approved in 1999 were
constructed and the developers are required to resubmit a Site Plan application to
complete the construction;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
reapplication for the Site Plan for Enterprise Business Park Plat 2,Lot 6 on February 25,
2003;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Enterprise Business Park Plat 2,Lot 6 be approved.I
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'd day of
March 2003.
