RESOLUTION 03-44
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING DETAILED PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR
THE 1-80 NATURAL GAS MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the 1-80 N atural Gas Main
Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the 1-80 Natural Gas Main
Extension Project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
3,-d day of March 2003 that it hereby finally approves the detailed plans,specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost for the 1-80 Natural Gas Main Extension Project.
