RESOLUTION 03-42
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING DETAILED LIST,
SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR
THE LIBRARY FURNISffiNGS BID PACKAGE #2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the detailed list
and specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Library Furnishings Bid
Package #2;AND,
WHEREAS,a public healing has been held on objections to the Library Furnishings Bid
Package #2;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
3rd day of March 2003 that it hereby finally approves the detailed list,specifications,form
of contract and estimate of cost for the Library Bid Package #2.
