THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR WESTGATE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants,Inc.has submitted the construction plans for
Westgate Plat 5;AND,
WHEREAS,City engineers and City staff have reviewed them and find them to be in
general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3'd day of March 2003 that it hereby approves the construction plans for
Westgate Plat 5.
