RESOLUTION 03-53
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WILLOWBROOK TOWNHOMES I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a dilly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Willowbrook Townhomes I on February 25,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Willowbrook Townhomes I is in general conformance
with section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Willowbrook Townhomes I be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 3'd day of
March 2003.
