RESOLUTION 01-159
Approving the Waukee Comprehensive Plan
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,a comprehensive plan provides invaluable guidance to a city AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has spent over a year creating this plan AND,
WHEREAS,this comprehensive plan will be very helpful as Waukee continues to grow
and change AND,
WHEREAS,RDG Crose Gardiner Shukert has presented the plan to the Planning and
Zoning Connnission and received their approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 29TH day of August,2001 that it hereby approves the new Waukee
Comprehensive Plan.
