RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF INDIGO RIDGE PLAT 3,A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,DALLAS COUNTY,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Engineering Design Services (EDS)has presented the Final Plat of Indigo
Ridge Plat 3,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat
on July 24,2001;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Conncil has found this final plat to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the [mal plat has met the requirements
under Section 354.8 of the Code ofIowa;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing
Plat 2,One and Two Family Residential District (R-2),is hereby accepted this 6th day of
August,2001.
