RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF PARKVIEW CROSSING
PLAT 2,A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,DALLAS COUNTY,
IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Engineering Design Services (EDS)has presented the Final Plat of
Parkview Crossing Plat 2,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved
this Final Plat on July 24,2001;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this final plat to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the fiual plat has met the requirements
under Section 354.8 of the Code ofIowa;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing
Plat 2,Multi-Family Residential (R-3)and One and Two Family Residential District (R-
2),is hereby accepted this 6th day of August,2001.1
