RESOLUTION 01-144 I
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT ADDITION FOR
THE YMCA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The YMCA and the High School both see a need to increase the parking
area before school starts due to the increased traffic;AND,
WHEREAS,The additional parking lot was included on the original site plan for the
YMCA;AND,
WHEREAS,The revisions on the site plan allows for fluent traffic flow for both the
YMCA and the High School;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of August,2001 that it hereby approves the Site Plan for the Addition
to the YMCA Parking Lot.
