RESOLUTION 01-157
APPROVING WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY SITE DEVELOPMENT
BID PACKAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE
WHEREAS,a referendum election was held on May I,2001 the outcome of which
indicated overwhelming support for a new public library for the City of Waukee,AND,
WHEREAS,plans for the library are in the process of being developed,AND,
WHEREAS,completion of the site work this fall will facilitate the ability of contractors
to supply bids for the new building,AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved the site
plan subject to completion of conditions/requirements within the next 30 days,AND,
WHEREAS,the Council has approved the Library Site Plan subject to the same
conditions/requirements,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
29th day of August 2001 that it hereby approves the development bid package for the
Waukee Public Library.
