RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF WESTGATE PLAT 4,A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,DALLAS COUNTY,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency and the Engineering firm ofCEC has presented the Final Plat of
Westgate Plat 4,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final
Plat on August 14,2001;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this final plat to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements
under Section 354.8 ofthe Code ofIowa;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Final Plat for Westgate Plat 4,one
and two family residential district (R-2),is hereby accepted this d-.1 :!!>dayof August,
2001.
