RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 3
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
municipal Corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City has approved a Preliminary Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat
3;and
WHEREAS,the Developer,Downing Development,has submitted construction plans
for Enterprise Business Park Plat 3;and
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers and the
Public Works Department;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Enterprise Business Park Plat 3 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the lOth day of
September,2001
